Of course! My journey has been interesting at best. I had a the brain fog, the temp constipation I actually think I'm still dealing with digestive problems. Yet I do feel a lot better and feel free, I watch my friends who count the hours by their smoke breaks and am glad I don't have to live like that you know.

Any who I am not craving, and I even slowed down on my drinking.

I also have this brain fog, even after 3 months. Namely, I have been writing a book and I cannot at all concentrate. It's good to hear that your brain fog is over and I do hope that mine will soon subside too.

I have not been tempted to buy a pack of ciggies since day 5 of my quit. Day 5 was the hardest hump to get over. My most annoying issue is the weight gain which has increased from sucking on mint Lifesaver hard candies.

Pammycakes ... you are doing very well after day 5 and are already on your way to 4 months .. that’s wonderful.

Mine journey is also now starting to settle down with some wobbles here and there .. but it’s not strong enough to put me out of tracks .. 😊😊
