No still got kitchen to do. Been busy changing diet as I put on 2 stone bought fit bit & wii fit so here goes. O god I am so pleased to be a none smoker my skin alone is so so much better I could go on and on about the benefits haven't felt so good and clean since I was a teenager .thank you all very much xxxx
