Annie, are you drinking lots of water? It seems to help me during a craving. I have drank so much water. Maybe this will help you out. Much luck to you.

I have been drinking tons of water since I started a couple weeks ago, I only count after my slip but by drinking water it flushes all the toxins out of the body, and it is good for you to. So drink up you non smoker. ππ Cravings only last a couple of minutes, I also walk them off with the drinking water. It seems to help me. I hope that it helps you to. God bless you Annie. Mary. πππ
Aw Annie sorry things are stressful but having a cig will NOT help, believe me. You feel like this because for how ever many years you've smoked, this is how you've dealt with every situation by lighting up. We all have so its really hard to learn how to not light up. You have to look for something else instead, this is the hard part of dealing with the habit of smoking. It takes time to learn something new. Go thump a cushion, run up and down stairs, shout or scream but PLEASE don't light up. This moment will pass and you'll be sooo pleased you didn't give in to the craving. Drink a glass of water and do the breathing excercises and you'll feel more in control. You CAN do thisπππππππππππ

Family in bed do Horta be quiet but outside where I used to light up is an old gym punch bag leaning against the wall. Not what I'd normally do at midnight but I'll give it a go till I'm π‘ In the face and feeling better
Awww hang in there Annie try and calm down, take some deep breaths, pace up and down, punch a cushion, stamp your feet whatever it takes. Drink plenty of water as well as this may help. You're doing fantastic on 10 days and unfortunately Mr nic does sometimes strike especially when we're at our lowest. Maybe try and sleep as well as things may seem differently in the morning. Stay strong you can beat this a cig will not help ππ

Having a smoke won't make anything better, it just adds to the stress..stay strong, come here and vent, try the breathing exercises, ..may not Seem like it at the moment, but I promise you, it will get easier and it is so worth the early. Struggles πππππππ
Arhh Annie, hang in there, 10 days is Fantasticπ It certainly is a bumpy road, and lighting up will not help, and will only make you feel worse. Deep breathing and drink water, or got for a walk if you can till it passes , it will get easier, stay strong , look what you have achieved 10 days ,π so be proud of yourself, stay close to us , we know how you feel , you can get through this
