I suffered hugely with sleep disruption..It used to take me hours to fall asleep and then next thing i knew the alarm was going off..I used to feel like a zombie..lol..but..on saying that..like everything else quitting throws at us..this does pass :) :)

in reply to glolin

I know it's strange because after a week of stopping I struggled to stay awake. :-o Well at least the cats are happy they get to go out early if I'm up early :-)

i am an early riser..On cold wet weekends i would kill to be able to sleep in. It is something that i have never been able to do. Very jealous of people you have the ability to sleep in

It seems we are all the same. I nearly always wake up in the middle of the night. Trouble is so does hubby. So if we could wake up the same time it would help. Never works out like that. However it does get more normal after a few weeks of quitting.

in reply to jillygirl

I think we must go through energy overdose or something when we quit :-) thanks jilly midday sleep ins to look forward to in a few weeks then :-) hopefully.

Yep CG,

I sleep 3 hrs at a time .... Get up wide awake and try to go back to sleep a couple hours later... I've got it down to a scienceπŸ™„ Crazy

in reply to jillygirl

So what you need to do jilly is boot him when you wake up then you'll be awake together :-D problem solved :-) I must stress though you may not be popular :-)

Sleep is a funny one (but not so much when u don't get any) it does disrupt your sleep and make you feel tired. You can go the other way as well and sleep in for hours πŸ˜€

in reply to Andrew-S

Would like the other way pleaseeeee πŸ’€:-D
