I stopped smoking on the 31/3/2016 after being a smoker for 14 or so years. My teeth are really sensitive...it is nice to actually taste food a bit better but a pain to eat. I wonder if this will fade or smoking has number my mouth so much that I have ignored going to the dentist for so long....

Quit Smoking
Welcome Untitled 👏👏👏👏
My teeth were super sensitive and ached when I quit and they're getting less sensitive now. All these miserable symptoms go away... Sometimes earlier than expected ... Hang in there👍🏻
Best wishes from 🇨🇦

This is a common problem, when people quit. A tip from my dentist was rub a little fluoride toothpaste on the gum line. Apply with fingertip. it does help with sensitivity. xx
Hi untitled and welcome to quit support😊
Great quit, well done👍🏼 unfortunately a very common side effect but the good news is it will get better now we aren't inhaling 4000 plus chemicals in our mouth.
Good luck🍀 and NOPE not one puff ever🚭🚭😊
