It seems that the big fella/girl upstairs has different plans for me. Little Lily-May is not to be 😵 I feel incredibly sad but then I think of our beautiful, brave Ngaire and remind myself how lucky I am to be able to pick up where I left off in the first place x

So sorry that your dream is no longer🕊... Our maker has a plan for all of us...... I sooo wanted children, but it wasn't in HIS plans for me.... And I'm okay with that.... Who knows, next year you could still have a bundle of joy... Miracles never cease to amaze me

Thanks Arizona, truth is hubby and I are too old anyway, this was a bit of a surprise so once we're on the mend we'll concentrate on the grandchildren we have and feel blessed that we were lucky enough to be gifted with them.....and rescue a dog! x

Dear dear Lily - as you say we don't always get what we want, but we do surely get the life we need mostly. And now a precious dog will be rescued, cared for, loved and will get the life he/she wants and a protective circle will grow.

I am so pleased for you Arizona - I often wonder why we push some of these self destruct buttons. How much easier life would be if we just cruised through and cared for ourselves and each other.

I have had gentle response to treatment so far, feeling comfortable and still one day at a time.
