Just popping in to say hi and well done to all you quitters. I am 3 years smoke free today. For all of you just starting your smoke free journey, it will be bumpy but stick with it. I found the worst bit around about 6 months, and even now a craving will sometimes catch me off guard. But it does get easier, and you will feel better for it.
