thank you Amanda--sometimes minute to minute--but the nagging will pass--I have a headache now--I seem to have these almost daily--not bad --just there--well I just baby myself--take aspirin and lay back down--I am seeing some benefits of my hard work and that propels me forward-Hope you are doing well

We just have to take it day by day. I am OK of the fags. Wish I could say the same about my health. Just taken all the decorations down and put them away and I am in agony nothing to do with not smoking I have psoriatic arthritis and COPD but life goes on take care xx

I have health issues too--that cause me to worry and get down in d umps--it is so easy to get on pity pot--I battle that a lot--wouldn't it be nice if our health issues went when the cigs did?/ Im going to start swimming next week--sounds easy but I so love to lay in bed and zone on tv and I hurt if I overdo it so a million reasons not to swim in my mind--but Im eating like a hog--Food tastes so good now--so now have to work on not makin health worse by weighing myself down..on and on we go... Have a pleasant day and keep writting

incredible isn't it?? My lungs seem bottomless now---wish I had done it sooner but still time to enjoy what we have missed...Food is mah-velous
