Hi feelingfresh we are all different and determination is something we all have otherwise we wouldn't have gone down the road to quitting. Some people have different triggers for smoking and some find quitting easier than others.

No two quits are the same as no two people are the same. This site was set up as a support group for people wanting to quit smoking, this is what we aim to do as people look for answers to their questions 😊
