to add a picture link like i did, if you google images and find the one you like, you can right click on it and copy the image url and then paste it in your message here. Sometimes pictures are saved as a data file and this means when you paste it there are miles and miles of codes..if that happens, just delete it and find another that works. hope this helps

if its putting a pic in a post that you write..find the pic you want - right click on it and save image -( you can save it to your desktop of picture folder)

when you write a post and click on where it says add an image, and find the folder that it is in and add

Thank you every 1 xx just got back from doctors said I don't need antibiotics as chest is clear , good news just got to put up with congestion in throat , it will get better , just had hot lemon n honey was quite nice , see how it goes 🙏🏻
