Rite, E-cigs, there are just flippin loads of em about now but I would go for the vape type, where you buy the liquid to put in them, this is because, although you can get all sorts of flavours you have more of a choice of the strengths of nicotine

Say you start on the 18mg liquid, then when you feel its time to cut down the nic level, get the 12mg liquid and mix it with the 18mg liquid, sooo then you have about 15mg of nic so then its not so bigger drop in the nic level

Please buy your e-cig from a reputable supplier and not a cheep o one It will cost you about £30.00 - £40.00 to start with, but, once you have your e-cig, the liquid is quite cheap and last a lot flippin longer than fags

I bought mine from KIK (online) They're reasonably priced, very quick at delivering and there's always offers on - usually 3 liquids for £10 or 20% off. I actually prefer the fruit flavoured liquids - grapefruit is currently my favourite!

I use the vape pen... It was 30$ and I now use liquid that is 80% vegetable glicerin which I find so much smoother and less harsh on the throat... I lessened my Mic level from 24mg to 12 mg after 2 weeks... It helps amazingly! Wish you the best and let us know how it goes!!
