Hi Janie,

You are obviously up and about bright and early! (always assuming you are in the UK) I'm glad to hear that you're feeling good on your quit - keep going! After 10 days, you have probably managed to stop automatically reaching for the ciggies at all the usual times you used to smoke and I hope the cravings have reduced in frequency and intensity.

So, reviewing the last 10 days, how tough would you say it has been? What has helped you most?

The Good News is that you are probably over the worst - though there is still a risk of backsliding so you need to stay vigilant to keep Mr Nicotine at bay. Don't give in to the siren song of "Just one won't hurt" - it will!
