Welcome and a happy and smokefree newyear.I quit 3 months ago using a vip vapour clg never touched a real one since like you ive tried everything to quit never give up trying still early days for me and the temptation to have one is there but goes as quick as it comes had a really stressfull time over the xmas but still didnt give in feel quite proud of myself for a change.Good luck and just keep saying I choose not to smoke today take one day at a time .

Love the positive attitude. Never stop giving up!

You will do this and beat this awful addiction.

Apart from all the withdrawals etc from quitting one of the hardest things is making that first step to give up in the first place!

Well done, and remember although it may not feel like it some days, everyday will get just that little easier!

Try to eat something when you take the champix, even if its just a biscuit, then you wont feel sick. Please take the full course of champix, I got cocky and stopped taking it early, I relapsed
