I have now stopped smoking 6 months must admit in the 6 months did have one or two cigarettes. I have found the chewing gum quite successful however I always seem to be at the dentist fillings galore and broken wisdom teeth

Well done 6 months is brill. I must admit I used to have chewing gum not nrt stuff and even though its sugar free I found myself at the dentist more than normal. I used the inhalator to help me. keep up the good work

Hi Tracey, congratulations on getting to 6 months - you must be so proud that you managed to get this far and I bet your Mum's really proud of you too.
Maybe the teeth thing is that you've got to a stage in life where your old fillings just need replacing and it's co-incidental with quitting smoking.
Keep up the good work and you'll be at a year before you know it.
