what is the earliest time i can take my 2nd tablet if i take the first on at 8 am .

Hi Jaqueline1967, is it Champix that you are taking? If so, you should allow for at least 6 hours in between. So if you took it at 8am then your next would be any time from 2pm

Jacqueline, my nurse at the smoking clinic told me to take my tablet before 6pm, so it wouldnt interfere with sleeping patterns. 3 months no smoking for me. Have swapped smoking for eating, another problem to solve, but I would rather be a bit porky than no be able to breath. Good luck
