I am adding to the ever growing number of losses to PSP, it came racing in and ravaged him for the final four days, with no fight left, my lovely Frank left us, family were with him and we all had chance to say how much he was loved and will be missed.x

Thank you all so much for thoughts and love. Another soldier may be down, but we will continue the fight against PSP, so very grateful to fund raisers and those that give time and support to members.

I am also new to this site and don't know the background with you and Frank, but I do understand deeply how hard it is to lose someone so close, so loved. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Respectfully,

Sorry to hear of your loss. Frank's battle with PSP is over and he is at peace. I can only pray that you will also find some peace in the days ahead. This is a tough disease on both patient and caregiver as we are all finding out. When do you think PSP first showed signs in Frank's body? Not the diagnosis but the first symptoms. Please take time for yourself and pamper yourself in the days ahead. That's what Frank would want for you.

Kay,

You are in my thoughts and prayers. My Dad Don, passed away Dec. 8th and he went incredibly fast also. He went from sitting up, smiling and eating into bed on Thursday and by Saturday we lost him. Unbelievable -- thankfully we were all there too.

So glad to hear you will stay on this group and fight the fight. We must get funding and recognition for the sufferers and family of this dreadful disease. But now take some time for yourself to heal and adjust to life without your Frank. Know we are all thinking of you and giving you one great big giant hug.

Deepest sympathy.

Hugs

many thanks for your thoughts, as fast as we lose one member, there are new people finding the site to join, it would be so good if funding and research provides the right answers and treatment for the newly diagnosed x
