Dear Ddspan,

Thinking of you at this very sad time. Comfort must come from knowing your Dad is no longer suffering this terrible disease. Slowly you will start to remember him as he was before psp, cherish those memories.

Love from

Dear DeeDee,

I always get such mixed emotions when I read these posts :-( I'm so very sorry for your loss but almost releived that yet another person has been released from the clutches of this dreadful condition.

I hope you have family and friends to support you in the coming months and fond memories of happier times to comfort you.

Take Care of yourself

I reiterate what all the other supporters have said. It's nice to know that this site has been such a help for you. My husband is just starting his 7th year so I too understand where you are coming from. May you find peace as well. Linda from B.C. Canada

Dear Bubbie,

I am so sorry to hear you are struggling. This site is one place where you can be honest and get support from people who have been through or are going through a similar situation to yourself. Sometimes though we actually need some real tangible help; do you have any support network around you that can help you come to terms with your husband's illness? It might be worth talking to your GP about how you feel and seeing what they suggest. Please do take care of yourself.
