Goodbye to my wonderfull dad.

My dad Stu passed away on Monday morning as the sun was rising. He was peaceful and comfortable and surrounded by his family. Although my heart is broken, I am comforted to know he is free of his illness at last. His last week was full of happiness eating icecream in the sunshine and visiting his grandchildren. He suddenly took ill with pneumonia on friday and passed quickly without suffering. I thank you everybody for their kind thoughts

So sorry you've had to say goodbye to your Dad but it sounds as though he made the most of his last few days. Those memories will stay with you & hopefully give you comfort. He is now in a better place & as has been said....he is now free.

Very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. My Dad too is very ill now - and we are very tired of this hateful disease. I love him so much, but the PSP has taken him completely - I now want some peace for him too. Thinking of you at such a sad time,
