My lovely dad has gone

Dad passed at the hospice at 6am today. So glad his battle is over and he's now free. We were all with him, and the end was so peaceful. It was snowing outside his patio window, and it was beautiful in the moonlight. Still can't quite believe that things come to such a sudden end after such a rough road. During all the years my dad suffered, he never once moaned or complained - he was a true star and he'll be missed so very much. So grateful to be able to talk to people on this group who understand x

Thinking of u. My dad passed away on Nov 27 in my arms. Still can’t believe it either. He also never complained. Our hero till the end. Happy he is finally at peace.
