caffeine and anxiety

hi there .. just to mention.

should any of you suffer anxiety .. the first thing you should eliminate from your body is caffeine.

please be aware it’s not just in coffee, it’s also in tea, chocolate, energy drinks.

something to consider for yourself and others.

thank you .. take care x

Hi, as an add on... we were also advised to eliminate caffeine by the continence nurse as it is a bowel and bladder irritant.

Thanks for that .. More good reasons to eliminate caffeine from our systems.

While I’m sure this advise will help some, I have to say that when I tried to cut out tea and chocolate (which I did for 3 months) I was more stressed than ever as both of those things were my go to for a sit down and switch off moment. For me, it’s moderation not elimination. Take care
