Hi All, Please can you share with me recommendations for good quality and effective fall alarm / alert watch / pendant company. I have found 2 - Careline 365 and Life Connect 24. I would love some feedback from users of these or other companies you would recommend Thanks

We have a Lifeline Vi supplied to us from the Local Authority, in our case East Riding of Yorkshire. I would recommend you contact your local authority as they may well have what is called here a Telecare service. The client wears either a pendant or a wrist held device which can be programmed to either call a mobile phone of a relative or carer and /or a monitoring service that will either contact the relative or the emergency services as appropriate. There is a charge for this service which varies from £15 to £25 per month by direct debit depending on the level of service. Best Wishes
