I’m sorry for your loss. I had been recently following because my husband started Sunday being bed bound. He wants no food or water. My heart is broken. Thank you for sharing your journey.

Dear one, sorry to hear about your husband’s death. Take extra care in the months to come, as the full processing of the illness, at least for me, started when my mother died. Sending waves of care, grateful for your presence in this page. Antonella

Bless you penny ❤️I did not know you both but I wish you my deepest sympathy

My mum has PSP, we have just been told snd we lost my dad to cancer 22 months ago

It’s so painful to loose someone you love soo much but at least now they are with angels and at peace

Sending big hugs to you. Keep friends and family close to you, as I lost my wife 6 weeks ago after caring for her at home for 12 years - the enormity of the loss is now hitting me with bouts of anxiety. Having company helps so reach out to friends and family. Zibo's post rings true with myself. xxx

My heart breaks for Each family experiencing a loss from this disease. The journey to the end is so gut wrenching painful for everyone.

A big hug Penny:Luis

Hi Penny,

As everyone has said I am sorry to hear of Rick's passing, but now he is free of this dreaded disease. You introduced me to Rick briefly when you picked up the U-Step walker. I know it's been a tough journey, but now it's time to get some rest and relaxation for yourself. Take care!

My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. A big hug, Purrlie

My deepest condolences to you.

What a courageous battle you both fought together. Rest knowing he is no longer suffering and is at peace. I am hopeful there is a festival in the sky with food, drinks and music and our loved ones will be there waiting for us to join them someday.

I know where you are coming from as my wife passed about 6 weeks ago. The grief will actually get a bit worse until it finally sets in that your loved one is gone forever. Condolences and wishing you the best.

Hi Penny, so sorry to hear of your husbands passing, you now need to have time for yourself in the coming weeks & months. It's not an easy journey to take as my husband passed 7 month's ago & although I'm glad he is not trapped in his body with psp anymore I miss him so much. Emotions come in waves but I remember the better days & happier times. I keep busy & have good family support & accept all invites for coffee , lunch etc. Take care in the days ahead. x

I'm sorry for your loss. If you need to talk please feel free to reach out.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Your lovely husband got his wings and is no longer in the grasp of this most cruel disease, he is at peace and whole again. I hope you find some comfort in this and also in remembering those happier times you shared together. Now take good care of yourself and grieve in your own way.

🙏 lots of love
