Our Medical Alert Cards are handy to keep on your person at all times.

Not only will they help others to better understand the symptoms you may be experiencing, but on the back you can keep contact details of who to call in an emergency.

Our Alert Cards are free. Just email [e-mail] to request either a PSP or CBD copy of the card to be posted out to you.

Apologies for any disappointment this may cause, but the cards are only available in the UK.
