Hi Helen! Yea, I’m sticking around — I can officially say I’ve been bullied, not nice — and caught me on a weak day. But it’s a new day and I am thankful for all of you that have become my friends on here ... you all are my “go to” ... Sam is a wonderful gentle giant, and brings daily doses of joy to my Momma. We have always had Newfoundland’s — we love this breed! So good with every one — low maintenance, and never ending snuggles!

He would lick you to death! He’s such a gentle lover ... so quiet, you don’t even know he’s around. Rarely barks —- I can’t remember the last time I heard him bark. He loves to take walks, but they have to be short ... when we first leave the house, he’s all in it, but after about 10 minutes, he starts looking back toward home and wants to return. So .... if you don’t turn around and go back, he will just lay down and rest on his own terms .... I mean all the way down on the sidewalk and cannot get him up. Done!

It can be quite embarrassing 🤣😂

Oh bless him. I can go with the short walks. I can't walk very far myself these days. He looks like a giant fluffball. ❤️
