So now as well as self isolating, food shortages we now have the problem of alcohol stockpiling, all our local supermarkets have empty shelves today, luckily I bought a bottle yesterday, so I’ll be rationed for a few days 🤣🤣 no bad thing I guess

Keep safe and hug your loved ones 💕

Gladly, we are in South East England, and have had a glorious sunny day which lifts the spirits like nothing else, and I found a bunch of flowers on my doorstep from my son 💐

Where are you and have you been in this family long, I have been here more than 12 years, but not posted much, although I read all the messages every day

Good luck and keep in touch 💕

We are in the Fens, also sunny here. The old bag has had cbd for at least twelve years, we did not find this community for a few years as we carry on life as normal.

Forget the supermarkets, try your little corner shop. I brought some wine in our local Garden Centre on Thursday. Also they had loads of fresh meat at the butchers, plenty of vegetables and fresh bread. Plus hardly any people, so social distancing was easy.

Lots of love

Anne

Hi Anne, I got a bottle from my local newsagents, but he said it is the last order for some time, not sure why, my daughter has a lovely butcher in her town, who has joined up with the greengrocer and a zero waste store, that has all dried products you can imagine, and it is a plastic free place where you can take your own containers or use paper bags, they are getting together to d food packages, I might suggest they include the wine merchant in their enterprise, it’s all good for local businesses too and as you say hassle free, hope you’re well xx

After reading the above posts, I guess I am fortunate. I live in the US but have developed a taste for Irish Whiskey. However, that is not why I'm fortunate. In my 30's my wife bought me a small batch wine making kit as a gift. I quickly expanded in parts and skills. I now brew my own beer, wine and hard cider. So I never have a shortage in that department. However, I am rationing my stock of the Whiskey.

A few more weeks of this virus, you'll be able to make a fine living as a bootlegger.
