Pumpkin Roll Recipe

A couple of notes ... the pan does not have to be greased and floured; we used wax paper, and it works just fine. Jelly roll pan - is a small rectangular baking pan — not sure if you’re familiar with that type of pan?

Bake and roll in nicely powdered sugar towel, and place in fridge over night.

Let me know if you have questions.

Oooh! I was hoping you might share the recipe! I will be giving it a go. Have made a roll cake before so that won't be a problem. Might get me back into baking - I have done very little over the past 3 years! Not so much fun when there is only you to eat it. Am going away for Christmas so that is likely to be my party piece!

I will think of your mum's sparkling smile, and you as I eat! Thank you both!

Hugs

Thank you, looks like Sainsbury's & Waitrose stock the canned pumpkin in the UK, if not Amazon will oblige. Not made a roll cake since a Swiss roll at school, so will be an interesting experiment !!! :) :)
