If you shop on Amazon, if you log in via smileamazon you can select a charity that they will donate to. If you type PSP there is a select option. This is in the UK so unsure if this a worldwide thing they are doing

how sad am I, Christmas shopping all done and wrapped lol. I’m not to bad, had a not to bad a day yesterday. There is not a minute of the day that Craig is not in my thoughts and I miss him so much. It was our wedding anniversary last week so that was a bad day. Yes it would be nice to meet up again xx

Not sure about world wide either, but I've been a Smile user of Amazon many years here in the U. S. I switched to CurePSP site earlier this year.
