With the help of my two beautiful adult children, they got their Grandma on board! We spent a lovely afternoon on the water, and she smiled from ear to ear. The challenges quickly appeared with her leaning, and the energy that it took to sit upright. So ... we did it, and she enjoyed it, but - it zapped her energy.

Fabulous and what a lovely photo of your children with their Grandma. Two ⭐⭐for them helping to get her on to the boat. I am glad she enjoyed it. Its so worth the effort when they enjoy themselves isnt it? It will have been nice and cool for her too I imagine.
My sister and I took mum to the garden centre for lunch and to look at the plants we were only out a couple of hours.
She was absolutely exhausted by the time we got home. It was very warm yesterday which doesnt seem to help with this condition.
I thoroughly enjoy your posts. They bring me joy, so thanks for sharing your joy. Please keep them coming. I remember how hard it was to move my wife like this. Not physically, because she was a petite woman, but because she would become fearful that should would fall, or be dropped. It was those activities that seemed to bring the most happiness to my wife, despite the fatigue and initial fear.
