Back brace

I ordered a Mueller 255 Lumbar Support Back Brace. It arrived today. Am liking it already. My lower back has taken a real beating over the last few years. Not only caring for Larry but general daily life and its physical requirements. Lot of twisting, turning, straining which 71 year old spine isn’t liking a lot.

It’s good to hear that you’re taking care of yourself while caring for Larry. Back pain is so very painful and I hope the new brace will help.

I don’t have an inversion table but I’ve often thought of getting one. One thing that I found helpful is to place my tummy on one of those huge exercise balance balls and rock back and forth. It makes my spine pop in several places and it’s a nice feeling of relief. Sometimes I’ll stretch my spine by holding onto the arms of a straight back chair and then lift my bum up off of the seat. This too provides a snap, crackle, pop feeling.

When I do get around to doing my exercise once a week my back loosens up. Helping Larry move around is what is doing me in.

It has helped immediately. The downside is I have take it off for some things then put it back on.i expect I will get very fast at putting it on.
