A warm hello to my extended PSP family. Many of you know by now that I have published my first book - The PSP Chronicles (sounds oddly familiar). Did you know the proceeds from book sales are donated to the PSPA and Cure PSP? And, did you know that I have an author website: timbrownauthor.com ? On my website you'll find links to PSPA and Cure PSP and a Dementia site. Additionally, there are links to various book retailers, blog, news, resources and contact information.
In keeping with the fundraising theme, I recently created an event called the PSP Triple Crown Challenge - facebook.com/The-PSP-Triple... . If you're not on Facebook you can view the video on YouTube - Tim's PSP Triple Crown Fundraiser. Again, proceeds go directly to PSPA or Cure PSP depending on where you live. Now, I don't expect all of you to be as crazy as me... dementia has its benefits (: Those of you who are and able... take the challenge, if not, consider a donation. The are direct links to the PSPA and Cure PSP on the Facebook page. If you do take the video challenge, be sure to post your video to Facebook/YouTube and don't forget to challenge three more people. And most importantly share-share-share with family, friends and Public. A viral success of the PSP Triple Crown Challenge would reap huge dividends in raising awareness and money towards treatment-cure and support. The success of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge a couple of years ago did just that, no reason we can't do the same.
