It's been one year since I published my first book - The PSP Chronicles Volume 1. I'm now in the editing process of Keep On Keeping On - The PSP Chronicles Volume 2. The second book picks up exactly where the first book ended - Atlanta Airport.

Just ordered this off Amazon, I have been meaning to do it for ages, so I am glad you posted this as it’s given me the push I needed to get on and do things instead of putting it off. I am struggling to be positive at the moment, some days are good and I jump out of bed and get on with life but other days I just can’t muster up the energy to start the day and today was one of those until I read your post - I started the order in bed and then had to get up to get my credit card so thank you as now I can get up and get on with the day and do something positive like a bit more weeding in the garden. Steve and I made the garden together and I am actually finding it therapeutic trying to get it straight again, I could almost hear him telling me to stop for a rest yesterday and get a cuppa! Long rambling reply but thank you for setting me up for the day and I am looking forward to reading your book. Sarahx
Thank you for your support. I know how hard it is to get started some days. A cup of liquid life is always a good start… go ahead and treat yourself to a second cup. Make sure you have some bladder relief before you go out and do any weeding.
Tim I will certainly buy your second book. Going to have an ice cream first though! 😆
You asked me what page in the first book I had read about your exercises/massage I think it was page 150 or 151.
Looking forward to the next book.
Will remember the tip about having a wee before gardening! I don't think that is peculiar to CBD or PSP. Think it's something to do with getting older! Lol
Hello Tim, I have just started reading your book, I'm enjoying it very much it's 6am here in the UK Yorkshire I'm having a little morning read and had to laugh after getting to page 84, because around 14 years ago after having a holiday in Nova Scotia we bought a run down cottage near Chester basin, that we did up and had several holidays in.Well we had a lovely neighbour Dave who took us to oak island for the tour, we had never heard of this place, Marty was there one of the brothers, it was great a good one for your bucket list.Anyway after getting back home to the UK we were surprised to find the series on tv, now we're addicted watching all the series, even our 11 year old granddaughter is hooked looking forward to the next installment, it's a small world. Sending much love to you and your family keep up the good work your doing with your books, love Julie xx
