If you can't, perhaps you could use lime juice (that could be some trial and error) and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Hi Alison. My Key Lime Cream Ale tasted good - very refreshing, just like the beers brewed for the warmer months. It foamed up just as any soda pop float wood. Normally you would add the straw last, but I forgot to and viewers (including myself) were able to see the 'foaming action.' It's my hope that either someone from the brewery or the dairy company would view the video and contact me. At the very least, I would hope they would make a financial donation to the PSPA, CurePSP, or both.
