Hi there my head has been feeling like there’s extra pressure and I’ve had a slight headache, I sort of feel like I’m walking on a cloud, I don’t know if this is due to dehydration because I have yellow urine that sometimes smells and a dry throat sometimes and my lips are very chapped and dry?i have also been having late nights so could I just be tired? Please help I’m starting to worry and panic myself that this could be a brain tumour or a bleed on the brain? Please I’m absolutely scared to my bare bones!

It could be a sinus infection. Go to your GP or primary care giver.

Sounds like you are getting a cold, urine could be yellow, because you are dehydrated and usually smells from being dehydrated, light headed could be your blood pressure or a cold starting? I would say you have a cold starting, don’t stress drink more see how you feel tomorrow, get yourself to the doctors. Yvonne xxxx
