I managed to take this photo yesterday evening down by the riverside 3 miles from where I live............... it took a lot of effort but I am so glad I made the effort.
I hope everyone has a good summer.
All love,
Patrick.
ps.
I was sitting on a bench at the time.

Lovely. The god awful rolls into the Philadelphia PA area today for an extended stay. Very high heat and humidity Saturday, Sunday and Monday then just awful until Thursday when things might improve. I hate hot weather.
The only good thing is spring was long cool and wet. We do manage to dodge most of the really awful heat the rest of the country gets but we are overdue for a really hot humid summer.
.Early Spring was cold to freezing met by hot ! All my flower buds were frozen then struggling for water...Oh and being in Arkansas, the humidity is an average 64% hahah gotta love it! Its still so beautiful here.
Remember to drink plenty of water and I find if I have to work outside, Early morning and or late afternoon is the time....also bought me some electrolyte tablets ....hoping to keep my sodium etc on regular level.....
I am just getting dang old... I hate this phrase but I remember when we would play outside all day now my AC is on by 8 am and going out is well planned hahahah
Every now and then I will see a picture or photo that I feel I could 'walk into' and this is one of those moments and I am standing on that bridge watching the water meandering on its journey. So peaceful and sunset casts such a beautiful light. As I always say, whatever our troubles, there's always something to lift our spirits. Thanks for sharing that, Pat. HilsandR.
How lovely! Looks so tranquil. We are in Norfolk and hope get up to the coast today. I have now got a rolator to help with balance. I used to love the heat but find it gets too much after about 10mins so the coast will be good- always a breeze
What a fabulous photograph Patrick, that is a beautilful bridge spanning the river. You obviously live in a lovely part of the country and am so pleased you made the effort to get out there to enjoy the view, so uplifting.
