My wife is now in the arms of Jesus, her Savior and Lord. She passed peacefully at home under hospice care. She no longer has to struggle with the difficulties of Corticobasal degeneration that had continually taken abilities away from her over the last 6 to 7 years. She is now whole.
She was a runner and said that running made her feel normal. She ran the good race.
Hebrews 12:1-2
Jesus, Founder and Perfecter of Our Faith. Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

Your wife running made me think of Isaiah 35 because 'the lame shall leap like the deer'. That is such a lovely image of freedom of movement and joy. God Bless. Ali B x
I am pleased that you had Hospice at home. I know it will have made life so much more comfortable and relaxing at such a sad time.
She has fought that good fight and now is free of CBD and its torments.
Hope you soon find the time to wind down and find yourself again. It is confusing at first, but we are here to guide you through. There IS peace out there!
So sorry for your loss. I'm sure she is now at peace and no longer suffering the ravishes of CBD. My husband cheated that disease 3 weeks ago and went home without experiencing all the pain it can bring.
My prayers are with you for acceptance and peace. Bless you.
