Last night I spent a wonderful evening with my two daughters in London, we went to see and hear a Russian singer who I love ...........

She sang this aria that is now deeply imbeded in my mind.

Next Friday will be the start of our family holiday down in Cornwall and I will again be using the poles. youtu.be/3T7la5yAdCQ

Patrick thank you so much for that. I sing like that in the shower...not!! I do try though. God help the neighbours when I leave the window open! 😂

Beautiful daughters, handsome and clever Dad. You are a total inspiration. Makes me feel very humble that we have such great people on this site.

Hugs to you and lots of love.

Darned opera....makes me cry every time!

I think the image of the eagle soaring with her voice rising, was what started the tears...How wonderful it would be for our PSP and CBD loved ones to feel the freedom of that soar......

Thanks Patrick :-)

Looking forward to pix from Cornwall!!

It's brilliant what you can do and the poles are a brainwave!

I'm afraid my husband couldn't do any of that.

Wonderful aria, wonderful daughters, wonderful day to remember. You are certainly getting all you can from life Patrick, I bet that bucket is overflowing and I admire your mental strength and tenacity. Where in Cornwall are you holidaying? I think your poles will be put to great use when scrambling down to the beach, next thing you will be surfing the waves! Enjoy

Patrick,

That is a beautiful aria. And you are an inspiration. You seem far more active than most folks I know who don't have a neuro-degenerative brain disease. Keep moving!

BTW, your daughters are gorgeous.

Warm Regards,

Dick
