Just a little advice needed J is sweating quite a bit says he does not feel too well does not want doctor or hospital. What does one do in this case? Adhere to his wishes? What happens if things get worse? Am hoping not but what happens in such a case?

Like everything else, their temperature gage stops working properly. Keep him cool and as dry as possible. If you are worried, phone and talk to the doctor.

Lots of love

Have you taken his temperature? Sometimes George sweats, he can wake up in the morning his pyjamas are wet, you could ask the doctor to visit, maybe say doctor needs to see him? Hard one isn’t it, but if that was me I would get the doctor to visit. Big hug Yvonne xxxxx

Hmmm....what are his complete wishes? You need to get this established in your head....and then know that adhering to his wishes is going to be ok. No need for guilt or 'what ifs' or "Is that what he wanted?" You do know that PSP wreaks havoc with the body's ability to control temperature....with Bruce, he was never sick even when his temp was over 100*F (38*C). And never even complained of his temp...course he didn't complain period but anyway...

Keep him hydrated, tell him a quick visit to the doc might weed out why he doesn't feel well (besides PSP) if he says no..well then there you have it,,,,no need for second guessing....

Take care, Do Well

Thanks Andrea his wishes are not written, the sweating has passed and he has been eating and drinking so I do not feel he is ill as such. It is such a roller coaster ride and it has been going on for far too long! All the best.
