Hello you lovely people. Let's keep in touch with a possible plan for a meet up when the weather is kinder.

I send you all big hugs. These terrible diseases rob us and our beloved family members of so much. Remember that everything you do, ( even the worst task), is channelling love to them.

We are only human and we will not live up to our high standards from time to time.

We are our own worst judges. CBD and PSP test us to the limit but to carry on caring, is to fight theses diseases all the way.
