Hi Jillannf6 and all the other birthday bashers. How are we all feeling this morning? It's another lovely bright & sunny morning here in the UK but after the weekender I've been on with Jill, I am feeling a little the worse for wear. Time for a black coffee.
Hope everyone enjoyed the party as much as I did.
Love to all......

But I did manage to trip over the rake yesterday and so limping badly today.
Off to visit Liz then it's back to the hard grind... Pruning roses in the sunshine and trying to reason with the young grape vine which clearly has no clue about how it is meant to grow.
You shouldn't be handling dangerous tools with a hangover Kevin, sounds as if you got off lightly, could have been very nasty. (Rake prongs embedded in your back springs to mind, very grotesque image I know!) Great that Liz is much more her old self, that must be heartwarming for you both.
Love Kate xxx
Jill hope you enjoyed the party!
Your Weekend Party was a success in my book... & l gained three pounds to prove it. (I had more than one donut - 12 were in the box - hubby had 2 - oNE is left in the box bUT it won't be there very long.)
Your on line friendship means so much to me as you have been one of my life teachers.
No hangover as I only had one gingerbread gin liqueur........well one a day as I started partying New Zealand time. Very tired though as I went to bed very late both nights. Just come back from volunteering selling teas and coffees at our local village market. Having a quick bite to eat and then am going to snooze in my rocking chair as the sun is streaming through the window....glorious. Got to snooze as it’s our ladies wine appreciation group tonight and I want to stay awake enough to appreciate it 😁. We’ll raise a glass ( or 2 or 3🍷) to all the lovely folk on this site and of course to you Jill.
Well no hangover for me here in Townsville (where most people are cleaning up after the flood) but plenty of gardening. The weeds were up to my waist but I have informed them that vegetables have priority. The "after the big wet" mould has met its match. Best of all CH has started doing OT, speech and Physio exercices again so we'll give this PSP another run for its money. ... cheers to you all... Val
