Hello everyone, hope you are all well. I have started up a fundraising page if anyone could share it it will much appreciated please! Running an event in September called tough mudder and trying to raise as much as I can for this charity, also promised my grandad I’d do it before he passed away, so got the motivation to complete it even though it is going to be tough xxxx

Hiebert this young lady has been a member of this site for a while and sadly her story is true. I think she is great to do this to help raise funds for PSP research. I can understand how people worry about it being a scam if they don't know the person however.
Thanks Marie, I did not realize i could verify her identity on this sight, thanks for your clarification. And you are correct that we need to be wary, as i get requests weekly for $ from seemingly legitimate individuals. My comment was not to malign but to caution as there are many people looking to exploit others.
Hi Keria, I wish you luck in your efforts in raising money for PSP. That's one of the saddest things about this evil disease attacking older people, us carers are too old to take part in "fun" things like this to raise money and more importantly awareness. It is left to the younger generation to do this on our behalf. So thank you.
I would like to apologise on behalf of the rest of us, about the unpleasant post. Fortunately is doesn't happen very often and am pleased to see it has been taken down.
Good luck you can do it. I did the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge last year and my friend is running the very first Newport Marathon this year to raise money for the PSPA. We have done over £2500 so far and we are well proud of ourselves!
