Anyone in Georgia?

My husband diagnosed about 3 years ago with PSP but about 8 years down the road. We live south of Atlanta, any Georgians out here? Would love some company at a monthly PSP Caregivers mtg at Emory.

Hello! I am in Atlanta, close to Emory University. I know the support group you're talking about, because I have been there several times in the past. I never did go on a regular basis.

My husband passed away on December 24 after what I believe was at least a seven year battle. I know very well some of the struggles that you are facing, and I would be happy to answer any questions or give you any guidance if you're interested. It's just nice to know that someone understands, because this that you are going through is unthinkable, and most people just can't imagine.

I'm so glad you found your way to this site. I never posted much, but I looked at it all the time for strength, insight, and knowledge. Obviously, I am still looking at it!

Feel free to contact me if you are interested. I won't attend the meetings, but I am a listening ear in Georgia. 💗
