Mum had a temperature of 39 on Monday and was unwell, she refused for me to call the doctor, I thought it was start of an infection and as I've mentioned before mum doesn't want any treatment. She was absolutely fine the next day I was just wondering if anybody else had experienced this

PSP can affect a person's temperature regulation mechanism. Fluctuations as you describe have been reported by many people here. Not to worry unless it lasts. Peace, Ec
