Good news and good people.

I hope this post will help give a little cheer to you all. I always try to look for the Ray of sunshine in the gloom.

Yesterday my son rode the 100 miles London-Surrey Ride100. He had only set a target of £500 to raise for PSPA. He and I have been rewarded by so many generous people donating. We are now passed £1000 and climbing.

It has also got many friends and acquaintances to look up PSP and CBD.

Some of the kind messages I have received have been so uplifting.

And it made F smile.joy!!
