Meeting was a success. Support plan in place and thet have agreed to let Mum come and live with us and let her out of the nursing home. So pleased. Mum is very happy 😄

Very happy for you and your mum ., I only wish I had known the ropes when my mum had a stroke , she was in hospital for five months and then into a nursing home she lived there for three not happy years . having said that we did have some happy times with her .

I didn't know the level of help and aids you could have . it was at the same time as John started on the Parkinsons roads .

Thank you Peter. I am really happy to have my Mum coming back out of the nursing home. We really didnt think it would happen. It is a bitter sweet experience. Mum is so young and should be living a wonderful new retired life. Like you say, we only get one Mum and mine is precious so I want to care for her and give her the best quality of life I can. Enjoy every day Peter, hugs from Liz
