I'm here! Cooking and partying at the same time. I'm going to be a party pooper and have a cup of tea. We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night with my brother and his wife, a Chinese takeaway and bottle of Merlot. There were only two of us drinking and half a bottle of Merlot was too much for me.

ive not had a beer in the house for must be 2 months ive had orange juice which has been pretty good so far well mate I hope mr.c is ok and doing well ive had no falls the last day so im pretty happy about that perhaps my falling days are over now fingers crossed it would be very nice to be free of falling all over the place

I'm English and don't know much about it either except it can go on for hours and they can score 6 runs without moving. If I could change the rules I'd make them run all the runs. That would shorten the game and weed out those without stamina. Much more fun, I might watch it then.

Theres some sort of apple spray that hinders dogs from chewing on things....check your pet stores. I bought some and my dog did not chew on any of our new furniture.....etc

Yes and if the pup is 6 weeks old, it's ready, and I have put it on clothing. As with flesh, that may be personal thing as some may be allergic...you'll have to read the bottle about that one....
Also did not let my dog on the furniture. She had less surface area from which to choose....I suppose
The biting of the people may need to be trained along with the masters "NO's" or instead the spray. I really don't know what training books say except that dog must know who master is...If it is biting you then YOU must control that action by telling it thats a no-no a gentle smack in the nose....I told my dog "NO biting" wherever and whatever it was chewing on that was forbidden. She associated my voice, and those "words" to the appropriate behavior ....she learned....She's three does not bite , but for the life of me I cannot teach her how to not jump on people.....there are so few who come around she doesn't get a steady feedback of behavior mods......
Or I just don't know what im doing...ahaha

Jill I emailed you yesterday how to put music on this site, You never emailed me back....I started to get worried ......I thought maybe your computer went out again....where'd you go yesterday? I think its going to take a couple of trial runs for this to work....or maybe just have parties on tuesdays and thursdays of every odd numberd month ie Jan , March, May etc....I don't know maybe we can have a meeting with the others what would be good.....

I'm back Jill. Perhaps it is a busy time of day or folk forgot to put it on their calendar. I've fed Colin and am now sitting ready to eat my freshly cooked salmon with salad. C had his salmon liquidised with hollandaise sauce that had mushrooms cooked in it. It was a bit of an experiment but tasted really good, very creamy and smooth. He had it with creamed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Have you finished your bottle of wine yet?

I'm back Peter Jones. Just logging on before bed. I hope you enjoyed your baked beans on toast. Colin enjoyed his salmon. He also likes beans but I have to put them through the potato ricer so all he gets is thick juice. All the outside skin gets left behind. I do hate cleaning the ricer afterwards.

I don't know what a ricer is but I do know that beans are mostly water soluble so if you soak the ricer, the skin and what not will come right off....I do that when I cook beans.

They were tinned baked beans in tomato sauce. We saw a film with Adelaine in the title ????? the days of Adelaine. Well worth watching but would have been better without having to hoist C onto the commode half way through.

Yes things haven't been too bad lately, thank goodness, just been for the usual trip to the loo again so that spoilt my dancing!

Up and down! S has finished at the hospice. Dreadful, but they are giving me a Community Nurse, to look after both of us! Hoping this is exactly what I need. Got a counsellor from the hospice coming to see me next week. Hopefully, I will be able to talk to her in the house, if not, well they will have to find me a sitter, or better still, take S back at the Day Centre!
My sister, is now taking over dealing with all these different services, that we have to cope with! She is a CPN, so knows her way around, but even she is struggling and wanting to tell a few, their fortune!
So head is still above water,but only just!!!!
