Hi all,

As my wife has CBD I am always searching for support and help.

Thank you all for sharing your problems and for the information on the ways you have overcome

some of the problems we are all going through or have been through.

I strongly suggest you sign up for the cbgd_support yahoo group. It is very helpful. When you do go to files and you will find posts by Sharon Comden. She has researched this heavily and has a regimen she follows. Also Robin Riddle is very helpful. You may also consider the CurePSP forum a a source of information.
