My lovely Mum passed away yesterday, after being rushed into hospital with breathing difficulties last Saturday. The hospital followed mums wishes as set out in the Advance Decision and was treated with palliative care only.
I would like to thank you all for support during mums battle with PSP. I will remain on this site and continue offering my support to you all if I can.
Kind Regards

JoJo -- I'm so very sorry for the loss of your beloved Mum. Regardless of the circumstances, it is heartbreaking to lose a parent. My mother passed last year and I still look around and see things I want to tell her about. Please know I'll be praying, and sending lots of warm hugs your way.
Hello Jo Jo . Very sorry to hear about your mother and no doubt you are very proud as you watched her take on the battle of PSP. Our dad is himself in the final stages of CPD a very close 'relation'. Like your lovely mother my father has chosen that option too. When we look back a few months ago we as a family are so glad to have had the discussion with dad about his wishes. This has ensured the family are fully aware and any unanswered questions have been answered. My dad is getting ready for the next journey in his life. But we are following his wishes with respect. After all he taught us what respect is.... It makes the last few days a little bit easier. God bless to your mother. And thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
So sorry for your loss. Be proud you did everything her way and everything she asked. Sending love and hugs xxx

You can rest assured that you did the best for your lovely mum. Take care and stay in touch x Dianne x
Sent you private condolences:
"Although it's difficult to see beyond the sorrow,
Sorry for your loss. Losing either parent is difficult but loss of a Mum is particularily painful. I pray you will fine peace in knowing you did your best for her.
