I had SBRT in September and all went well. My semen was a bit brownish at first, but now has become bloody red. I went for blood work and my PSA has dropped significantly and I do not have an infection. I’m wondering what the issue could be…seems like it would have cleared by now?

Hello. I had a similar experience where my semen went from a bit brownish to bloody red but if I remembered correctly, it last for about 3 months. If you are seeing a urologist or another doctor, you may want to inquire if you should be concerned. I wish I could be more helpful, but I dont' want to give you misinformation.
