It is not that a got shorter after prostatectomy, but my penis is like ‘shy to go out’. I experience some night erection but when i try to masturbate he likes to retire. Using a pd5 inhibitor and then a pump and play helps. With the pump it makes him also lager (girth), but i m not sure it s healthy to pump artificially blood in it ? It has been 3 month now after surgery, i m thinking of trying once injection, to become a nice firm hard penis like before and not loose the exercise.
