Long time lurker having been on A/S for 8 years. Now at 3+4 (5% or less) and will be undergoing SBRT soon. My team says I should do at least 4-6 months of ADT and i know weight training can help while on ADT. I am 71 and because of covid don't want to do training in a gym. Any suggestions on what sort of weights and regimen i should start out on at home?

Cardiovascular training will help the radiation work better. During the pandemic, I bought a set of rubber bands on Amazon to help maintain muscle strength. I also put up a bar in a doorway with high brackets for chin ups and low brackets for dips, and do push-ups too.
Les Mills body pump is pretty darn good for this purpose.
It's a mix of light resistance training and light cardio.
If you can't find a local place you can do it online through a subscription.
You just need to buy a set of not too heavy weights if you elect to do it online at home.
It's easily adjustable so you push yourself a bit, but not to the point of damaging yourself while on ADT . Which you can do.
Building, or at least maintaining muscle mass is important. The Les Mills body pump routine starts with your largest muscles (legs and glutes) then moves on to the smaller muscles.
Hated ADT (and it hated me). Side effects? I had them: hot flashes, joint pain, mood swings, depression, wt gain, muscle loss, genital shrinkage, and so on. And, they lasted long after the last injection. I hired a trainer (and, yes, I hear you about COVID/gym). High impact wts. Elliptical. Treadmill. Plus walking around the neighborhood. Although there were many days when I just felt so fatigued, joints ached, and depressed, I tried to force myself to keep up the routine. It also helped that a friend participated in all. Consider penis pump too; you won't feel like sex but important to keep the "parts" in working order.
Good luck to you.
